Look for the Junior Fiction (JF) sticker or J+# on book spines to find hot new books, favorite classics, and interesting nonfiction books. The teen shelves are at the back of the library near the computers. If you don't find the book you want, ask the librarian to order it for you from another library, or order it yourself using your online library account.
On your next visit to the library, why not take a few minutes to browse through the magazines, nonfiction section, music CD collection and audio books in the front section of the library? You may be surprised by all the good stuff you can find.
Would you like to volunteer to help at a children's event (for example, as an elf when Santa visits in December)? Maybe you have an idea for a great Senior Project that would involve the library. Perhaps you'd like to organize a game night or wii party for your friends. If you are 14 or older and your registration card indicates parental permission, you can sign up for up to 1 hour per day on a public access computer to complete homework, update your Facebook page, visit YouTube, check your email, play a game, or just surf the Web.
